Charcuterie Boards FAQs
Each catering partner lists how many guests a board serves. For portion math by headcount and event length, see our charcuterie catering guide.
A charcuterie board is one arranged board of meats, cheeses and accompaniments. A grazing table covers a whole table and feeds a larger crowd. Our grazing table guide explains how to plan one.
Some partners offer gluten-free and nut-free boards, and cheese platters without meat. Menus flag vegetarian and gluten-free items, and you can add a note to the order for a severe allergy.
Plan on 24 to 48 hours. Some catering partners take same-day orders and large orders can need more time, so check the lead time on the partner's menu.
