When you sign up with ZeroCater, you are paired with a dedicated account manager who learns the tastes, preferences and dietary restrictions of your team. Your dedicated account manager stores this information in your custom profile to help refine future orders.
Currently, only in the San Francisco Bay Area, Every snacks customer will be paired with a dedicated account manager and an on-site specialist to handle snack requests, curation, and regular replenishment. They’ll work with you to ensure every step of the process runs flawlessly.
Our service is highly customized, and we encourage you to put faith in your dedicated account manager. These individuals come from event planning, hospitality, and restaurant industry backgrounds; and are well-versed in our vendors’ offerings. If you have a specific request, your dedicated account manager will work with you to bring your vision to the table.
What is included with each meal?
ZeroCater provides an all-inclusive service. Each meal comes complete with menu curation, delivery, and set-up; with plates, utensils, and napkins provided. All meals are presented family- style unless instructed otherwise. Labels are provided for each dish, with dietary restrictions noted.
How do we make sure our office gets enough to eat?
Our dedicated account managers are experts in portioning each dish to headcount. A typical spread will include a vegetable, starch, and 4–6 ounces of protein per person. If your team prefers an additional protein, fewer starchy sides, or more greens; we can make those adjustments.
Can we change or cancel our order?
We understand plans change. In the case you need to adjust your order, contact your dedicated account manager by phone or email. Our restaurant partners need advance notice to prepare additional menu items, so try to make these changes as soon as possible.
What if the food’s late or there’s something wrong with our meal?
We hold high standards for our restaurant partners, with emphasis placed on food quality and timeliness. We monitor each delivery from preparation to the moment it arrives at your office. If an order is late or incorrect, we’ll do all we can to make it right.

What brands does ZeroCater Pours carry?
ZeroCater has curated a diverse array of brands to suit many tastes. ZeroCater will offer domestic, imported and local craft beer from brands like Sam Smith, Drakes, and Corona. Vivino-rated wines will range across grape and region to include Whites, Reds, and Sparkling. In the spirits category, you’ll find classic, top-shelf and artisanal liquor from brands like Grey Goose, Patron and Bulleit.
How do I order from ZeroCater Pours?
Currently, alcohol deliveries are available only to ZeroCater customers in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a ZeroCater Snacks & Kitchens customer, you can place an Alcohol Order in two ways. Most simply, you can work with your account manager to add an alcohol subscription to your delivery for recurring orders. Additionally, starting 10/26/2018, you may order as a one-time, non-recurring order to be delivered alongside a Snack replenishment, or separately for a fee. To order, contact your account manager or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note: One-time alcohol orders must be received at least 48 before the desired delivery date and/or the next replenishment schedule delivery day.
I’m a catering customer, can I order ZeroCater Pours?
Unfortunately, we can only deliver ZeroCater Pours to Snacks customers at this time. We hope to expand the alcohol service to all customers in 2019.
ZeroCater Pours delivery will be a similar process to your Snacks & Kitchens replenishments with a few differences. There will be no returns and a deliveries must be accepted and signed for by a person 21+ years of age.
For recurring, alcohol subscriptions, ZeroCater will deliver your alcohol order as part of your Snacks & Kitchens replenishment schedule. In one-off alcohol orders, available 10/26/2018, ZeroCater will deliver your order along with your next Snacks & Kitchens replenishment date. Alternatively, an alcohol order can be delivered outside your normal replenishments for a $75 per delivery fee.
Upon delivery, we will have a Delivery Order slip for you to sign, confirming your office has received the items and quantity ordered. At which time, the order will be marked as completed and ready for invoicing.
Can ZeroCater open or serve alcohol?
No. Legally, ZeroCater employees are unable to open or pour alcohol. Our Customer Success team can help you source the necessary staff to serve.
What about tapping kegs?
Yes, the ZeroCater will be able to tap your keg.
Is alcohol tracked as part of the beverage consumption?
No. Alcohol will be completely separate.
How does billing work?
Alcohol will appear as a separate section on your invoice, based on the actual quantity delivered.
