How to use AAPI-owned catering all year: name the cuisine, then confirm the kitchen
This filter gets its heaviest use in May, and it works the other fifty weeks too. The roster is wide: East Asian kitchens through South Asian to Pacific Islander, dozens of cuisines filed under one word.
That width is why scrolling the list cold is slow. Decide what the room is eating, then see who cooks it near you. Four of these kitchens have ordering guides of their own:
- A high vegetarian count, and no appetite for a second order: Indian catering
- Food that has to travel, then wait out a long meeting: Vietnamese
- A room that would rather assemble a bowl than accept a plate: Korean
- One menu that has to land mild and hot at the same table: Thai
