What actually arrives when you order taco bar catering
A taco bar shows up as a kit, not a finished meal, and that difference is the product. Fillings come in covered pans that hold heat, tortillas arrive wrapped in stacks so they keep their own steam, and everything cold lands in labeled containers with spoons. Fuel canisters come along when the food has to sit out.
Unpacking has an order:
- Hot pans at one end, lids off, fuel lit if the room needs it.
- Tortillas beside them, still wrapped until people walk up.
- Cold containers in a row: salsas, cheese, crema, cabbage, limes.
- Plates and napkins at the front, where the line starts.
Ten minutes from door to serving is normal, with no kitchen involved.
