Fruit Platters FAQs
A common rule of thumb is one fruit tray for every 20 to 25 guests next to a main course. Each catering partner lists how many people a tray serves.
Plain sliced fruit is. If a tray comes with a yogurt or honey dip, check the item description on the partner's menu.
For breakfast, most offices pair it with bagels or pastries and coffee. For lunch, it sits next to a sandwich platter and a dessert tray.
Plan on 24 to 48 hours. Some catering partners take same-day orders and large orders can need more time, so check the lead time on the partner's menu.
