What counts as dessert catering, and why the individual piece beats the slice
Four shapes cover almost every order. Boards of individual pieces are the common one: bakery cookies, brownies, bars, and bite-sized pastries on platters. Sheet-and-slab orders are the cut-and-serve version. Plated dessert belongs to a seated dinner. A sundae or hot cocoa bar turns the same spend into something people build themselves.
One rule decides between them in an office. Cutting needs a knife, a serving hand, and a queue, and it caps the room at one flavor. Anything you can pick up skips all three. Save the slab for a table that is already sitting. Pick a bar when the job is holding people in a room rather than feeding them.
