What did you do prior to joining Zerocater and how did you end up at Zerocater?
I have more than 12 years of sales experience mainly in the tech and security SaaS space. I have always worked for companies that offered a service that was a “nice to have”. Zerocater and what we provide companies is a “must have” and necessary for company culture, morale, and success!
What is unique or motivating about the work you do at Zerocater?
I have the privilege of helping companies of all sizes shape the experience their employees receive while onsite. Food brings everyone together and is very important for company culture. When you are able to make a difference for a company, everything is worth it!
Since joining Zerocater, what project or initiative are you most excited about?
In less than two years, I have been able to be a part of so many projects and enhancements with Zerocater. It is nearly impossible to name just one. I will say that Zerocater projects and initiatives are 100% led by our client’s wants and needs. This is very special!
Which Zerocater value resonates most with your team?
There is no way I can pick just one. I am so proud that my team resonates with all of our values. I will pick two. Be Customer Obsessed and Never Give Up. When you truly believe in these two values and show them throughout your sales process, AMAZING things happen!
If there was one word or phrase that describes our company culture what would it be and why?
“Work Hard, Play Hard.” I have worked for some great companies that have had great cultures. Zerocater truly cares about each employee’s wants, needs, and growth. We truly respect each other and celebrate everyone’s successes!
What has your growth trajectory been at Zerocater?
I have had quite an exciting ride in my time at Zerocater. I started out as an Enterprise Account Executive in our San Francisco office. I was promoted to a Senior Enterprise Account Executive and then a Team Lead. I was then given the opportunity to move across the country to NY to Manage the sales team for both the East Coast and Central teams. Four roles in two years has been such a great experience. I have had the opportunity to see Zerocater from each sales point of view and make sure that my team is prepared to do the same!
You recently made the cross-country move to New York from San Francisco. What food do you miss from San Francisco? Do you have a newfound favorite food in New York?
San Francisco definitely has some hidden gems and I do miss my favorite French restaurant, Chez Maman. However, NYC has the best food I have ever tasted and experienced. Although cliche, I am a sucker for true New York Style Pizza, and that you can find it anywhere!
