Talent Acquisition Specialist (Operations)

ZeroCater is looking for our next talent team member to help grow and scale our food experience, support and catering operations teams and provide a world-class candidate experience. You’ll be full-cycle recruiting while playing the role as a strategic business partner to stakeholders across different departments to improve processes and to ensure we are hiring the right talent. Hiring is a top initiative and you will be able to make an impact that is felt company wide. Our Talent Acquisition Specialist is seen as more than a recruiter but a respected subject matter expert invested in candidate experience and creating partnership to increase our confidence in hiring as we enter an exciting growth phase. The ideal candidate has a high level of emotional intelligence, a passion for pairing top talent to the right opportunities, and thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. 

What you will do:

  • Source and build a pipeline of qualified candidates across different roles employing creativity to scour multiple channels for talent 
  • Engage with candidates to create a positive experience at every step in the process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers, onboarding, etc.)
  • Work closely with hiring managers to improve time to hire, candidate experience, and offer acceptance rate
  • Leverage data and metrics to validate recruiting success and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Be a culture leader and advocate for ZeroCater and contribute to employer branding initiatives

Qualifications for success:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience (1+ of those years in an internal recruiting capacity preferred)
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and other sourcing/recruiting tools
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and results-driven mentality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to create a candidate centric recruiting experience
