ZeroCater is seeking a motivated, results-driven individual to help manage and scale a group of Replenishment Support Specialists. You will be joining an exciting team that supports our newest, rapidly growing Snacks and Beverage business unit. The ideal Replenishment Support Specialist Supervisor (PM) is extremely detail-oriented and organized as well as an effective communicator who is open to receiving feedback on how to constantly improve our business. You’ll own the day-to-day operations of the fleet, and will handle employee management and training while creating efficiencies in our process. This business-critical role has a direct impact on the customer experience through the planning and seamless execution of the distribution of our snacks and beverage products.

What you will do:

  • Partner closely with recruiting and Human Resources to hire, train, motivate and develop a high performing team of Replenishment Support Specialists
  • Provide ongoing mentorship while identifying and resolving workplace issues, such as tardiness or absenteeism
  • Create work hours and shift schedules by using web-based applications to schedule various routes
  • Prepare reporting and activity updates for management while also maintaining timekeeping and personal records
  • Ability to create and improve existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance the warehouse processes 

Qualifications for Success:

  • 3+ years of experience managing teams with a background in hospitality or food and beverage industries
  • 2+ years of operations account management experience
  • Willingness to adapt, learn, and ability to use new technology tools to increase productivity
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a motor vehicle report, drive a mid-large sized vehicle, and lift 50 pounds
  • Must be available Sunday-Thursday from 3:30pm-12:30am, and occasionally work an early morning shift
