When brothers Oliver and Leo Kremer moved to the East Coast from sunny California they quickly realized one thing: the taqueria scene was not up to par. The fresh ingredients that they grew up on simply weren’t available, so they decided to do something to change that, and we are forever grateful.
By using only naturally and humanely raised meats, composting kitchen waste, and using reclaimed wood for the furniture in their stores, it is evident that Dos Toros has a strong emphasis on sourcing and sustainability.
Dos Toros is one of our longest standing vendor partners in crime, and we have been working with them since we arrived in New York City. They have always proven to be extremely reliable, accommodating, and professional and we feel safe whenever they are behind an order.
