How the referral program works
The program has three parts:
- They start ahead. Your friend gets 10% off their first order, plus 1,000 bonus CaterAi Rewards points once that order is delivered.
- You earn on their orders. You get 1 point for every $1 they spend, for six months from their first delivered order. Not just their first order, every order in that window.
- You get a bonus at $1,000. When your friend reaches $1,000, you get 2,500 points on top.
That is the whole loop. Your friend gets a better first order, and you earn points on their orders for six months, with a bonus when they reach $1,000.
It’s the same Rewards balance you already have
Referral points are not a separate program to track. They land in the same CaterAi Rewards balance you already have, and they redeem the same way: toward an upcoming meal, or as an Amazon gift card.
A friend’s first delivered order, their orders over the next six months, and the bonus at $1,000 all feed one balance. There is no second balance to watch and no separate way to redeem. You spend it the way you already do.

There’s no cap
