CaterAi Rewards is live. Starting today, every order you place through CaterAi earns points, and those points turn into something you can actually use: a discount on an upcoming meal, or an Amazon gift card.
If your team already orders office catering with CaterAi, there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to activate. The same orders you were placing anyway now earn rewards.
How CaterAi Rewards works
The program is simple by design:
- Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on food and add-on services.
- Redeem your points as a discount on an upcoming meal, or as an Amazon gift card.
That is the whole loop. Order the food your team loves, watch the points build, and put them toward your next meal or a gift card.
You’re already in
Enrollment is free and automatic for every CaterAi account. You start at zero points, and your next delivered order earns your first points.
Watch your points add up as you order
While you build an order, CaterAi shows you what each menu earns, so you can see the points before you check out. Points land after your meal is delivered and payment goes through. If your order includes meals on different days, each meal earns its points on its own delivery day.
Your balance lives in your account. Open My Account and head to Rewards and Promos to see your available points, points pending from recent orders, and your full rewards activity.
Redeeming your points
When you are ready to cash in, open Redeem My Points from the Rewards and Promos page and pick your reward: a discount applied to a scheduled upcoming meal, or an Amazon gift card. CaterAi shows you exactly what your balance is worth as you redeem.
The fine print
A few things worth knowing before you start redeeming:
- You earn points on your food and add-on services subtotal. Taxes, delivery fees, and tips do not earn points.
- Redemptions start at $25, and a meal that receives a discount needs a subtotal of at least $25.
- Meal discounts apply to one scheduled upcoming meal, on one catering partner’s menu at a time.
- Points expire after 12 months with no earning or redeeming. Either one resets the clock, and we will email you before anything expires.
- Your company’s account administrator can turn CaterAi Rewards on or off for your organization.
- Points stay with the account. If the account closes, any remaining balance is forfeited, so redeem before that happens.
