The best weekend of the year is officially here: SF Pride.
The San Francisco Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Pride Celebration, usually known as San Francisco Pride, is a parade and festival held at the end of June each year in SF, to celebrate the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people and their allies.
This year marks the 45th celebration, culminating in a giant parade down Market St. on Sunday morning. The weekend festival kicks off, first, on Saturday in the Civic Center in the heart of the city. The affair is a collection of booths, dance stages, and vendors all out to celebrate equality.
As with all celebrations, there are hundreds of parties to attend across San Francisco. For a list curated by a local guide, check out the hot spots below:
Companies across San Francisco have banded together, offering deals and steals to celebrate pride. From AirBnB to La Boulange, there are discounts abound this weekend.
