Our new rating features for Office Catering and Snacks and Kitchens will allow you to share your valuable insight on Zerocater’s latest delivery so that we can make the next experience even better.
How Does It Work?
You will receive an email after every meal delivery and snack replenishment so you can rate how the experience was. You’ll have the option to tell us what aspects of Zerocater’s service can be improved upon by checking boxes for aspects like presentation, procedure, quality, etc.
The Meal Rating Tool allows Zerocater customers to share their feedback on each meal:

- Presentation

The Snacks Rating Tool allows Zerocater customers to share their feedback on each Snacks and Kitchens replenishment:
