Zerocater takes a moment each month to recognize employees whose exemplary performance, professionalism, and leadership contribute to Zerocater’s mission and core values.
Our team is what makes our company fun, thrive, and grow in our space. We’re faced with challenges every day, but we have some amazing, diverse people who sprint toward obstacles to overcome them in order for Zerocater to succeed.
It’s important we recognize every employee who is consistently exceeding expectations while embodying our company values and honor them with Zerocater’s Company Value Award. We’re excited to announce Dino Eleftheriou for demonstrating this month’s company value, “Don’t Make Customers Think”*

What does that mean that I do every day: Make people happy with the awesome food, cool right?
Favorite food: Lamb Kleftiko. Basically, this is the best thing you will ever eat, if you try it. Here is the description: Lamb kleftiko is a rustic, traditional Greek recipe made with slow cooked lamb, first marinated in garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. This traditional recipe was originally cooked in an earth oven, a simple pit in the ground used to trap heat and smoke. Is your mouth watering yet?
Favorite cocktail: N/A – I’m strictly beer guy. Let’s say Two Roads White IPA for now.
My favorite thing about lunch: That I do not have to think about it 😉
Favorite restaurant: Taverna Kyklades
My most memorable dining experience of all time is: I was 14 living in Cyprus at the time and we had 4 of my relatives from the US stay with us for the summer. We went to a Fish Meze (Tapas) restaurant right on the shore. The fish kept on coming, and we occasionally took breaks from all the food and jumped into the Panayiotis Governors Beach sky blue water every now and then.
My dream celebrity dinner date: Barack Obama. In case the kitchen messes up, I know who to blame. He also is from Hawaii and I have a lot to learn about that.
Why I love Zerocater: The fierce camaraderie that our company breeds through culture and our employees is a really powerful motivator for me every day. Also, the awards.
*Don’t Make Customers Think: We exist because mental energy is a scarce resource. Obama only owns suits in blue and grey because more choices would waste precious mental energy. This is the Paradox of Choice: the more options people are forced to optimize between the more stressed they are. This why curation and customer service matter: we should strive to remove unnecessary decisions and make every customer experience as simple and streamlined as possible
