In your own words, what does Zerocater do?
Zerocater is the bridge between hungry companies and amazing, local restaurant partners.
Tell us about your role on the team, and how it’s grown since you started.
As part of the CS team, I manage relationships with and establish trust amongst, our clients, and vendors. I started off by planning menus for smaller offices in NY, while monitoring daily deliveries and negotiating compensation with our vendors. Since then, my role has transformed into managing some of our largest clients in New York and Washington, DC, as well as working on a long-term strategy for our clients and Zerocater.
What were you doing before, and what did you decide to join Zerocater?
I was part of the Customer Service team at Next Jump, an e-commerce company. I decided to join Zerocater because I was interested in the start-up environment and food has always been a huge passion of mine.
What is the best part about your role at Zerocater?
I love my coworkers and getting to know (and taste) our local vendors.
What are the opportunities for growth at Zerocater?
With the expansion of our Customer Operations team, there are more career paths than ever, especially into senior roles.
At this moment, what are you most excited about at Zerocater?
The new talent coming in and the stronger bonds created amongst each team.
How do you start your day?
I’m a cereal type of girl.
Tell us two lies and one truth about yourself*
I love eating mangos.
I have never been admitted to the hospital.
Karaoke is my jam.
If there was a movie made about your life what would the movie title be and who would you want to play you?
I have no idea on the movie title, but I definitely want Jackie Chan to play me!
What do you like to do when you’re not at work?
Dancing (hip-hop, urban, house and more).
