Being a beast is something that cannot be taught; some individuals have an incredible drive to produce the highest quality of work, never taking no for an answer. Lizette is a true beast, moving to remote offices to help launch the Zerocater in new cities. We are excited to see more of her beastly spirit in the months to come.

What that means that I do every day: Support Zerocater operations in our current locations and as we expand to new markets by finding ways to efficiently and smartly grow.

My favorite thing about lunch: Getting a chance to try something new everyday.
Favorite restaurant: Mott St. in Chicago surprises me every time with their always changing Asian fusion menu.
My most memorable dining experience of all time is: Doing all day barbecues with my friends. We would get up early to go to Paulina Meat Market and cook everything we bought in a smoker all day. During the day-long process, we would play cards, drink, and slowly make the rest of the meal and snack until everyone arrived for dinner.
My dream celebrity dinner date: Alton Brown just so he could educate me on everything we would eat.
Why I love Zerocater: Our work supports local businesses and entrepreneurs. I love hearing stories from our vendors of how they increased their revenue, improved their menus, or when they were highlighted in the media because of working with Zerocater.
