Tell us about your current role and what you do?
I take care of the ordering, operation and maintenance of our customer’s kitchen equipment. I make sure each customer is happy with the service they are receiving, conducting walkthroughs with them while suggest equipment and upgrades that would be a great benefit to the customer and their team.
What is the best part of your role at Zerocater?
To see my clients please about all aspects of our service and to see how happy they are when we go above and beyond their expectations.
How have you grown in your career since joining Zerocater?
I have learned about the technology side of the business and how we can utilize technology to deliver clients the best possible experience..
What is your motto or personal mantra when it comes to your career?
To eliminate as many issues as possible so our clients have a worry-free experience.
Why did you decide to join Zerocater?
I liked the tight-knit feel at Zerocater, we treat our clients like they’re family.
What has been your most memorable moment at Zerocater?
When I’m able to help our clients by fixing things that might not necessarily been a Zerocater issue but still affect our customer’s happiness. This happens a lot with building maintenance issues like fixing pressure or plumbing problems.
What is your proudest accomplishment at Zerocater and Why?
To make clients very happy to accomplish what others can’t creating a win situation that makes a customer want to stay with zerocater
What advice would you give to someone hoping to join the Zerocater team?
Be yourself, have a can do attitude, and strive to do your best! And keep calm!

Relaxing with my boys.

Earn a black belt in martial arts.
