Welcome to Zerocater’s Culture Club where we’ll introduce you to the standout stars working behind the scenes to make sure our customers have delicious office meals and snacks, each and every time.
Faith cares deeply about each client that she interacts with, and works hard to understand their eating habits & preferences. She has built several relationships with our clients, and they feel taken care of because of her passion for what she does. Faith is able to quickly identify the unique personality of every client she works with, and passes along information to our team to help retain & grow our accounts. Faith is an incredible asset to our Austin team, and we are lucky to have her! – Jo Niles, Customer Success Manager

What does Zerocater do?
Zerocater provides catered office lunches and snacks services, what I like to say is we provide a fun environment for all employees to enjoy a meal and build morale.
Tell us about your role on the team, and how it’s grown since you started.
When I first started Zerocater in October of 2016 I was the first and only On-Site Specialist in Austin. I basically provide our clients with great customer service throughout their lunch from making sure the presentation is clean and organized to getting feedback to improve our services. Since then I have trained 6 other On-Site Specialists and I have been trained on additional administrative tasks needed to help our On-Site Specialist teams run smoothly in Austin and Chicago.
What were you doing before, and why did you decide to join Zerocater?
Before Zerocater I was working for UberEats, I decided to join Zerocater part-time because of the flexible schedule that still allows me to drop off my kids at school and pick them up.
What is the hardest part of your role at Zerocater?
I think the hardest part about my role at Zerocater is that I’m on the frontline as the face of Zerocater for our customers. We always want to provide them with an excellent experience, but sometimes a vendor is running late, or a particular item is missing from an order. It’s these moments that are most challenging, but with a smile and the right attitude, I can usually turn any situation around.
What is the best part of your role at Zerocater?
The best part about my role at Zerocater is meeting wonderful customers and vendors.
At this moment, what are you most excited about at Zerocater?
I really enjoy what I do and I am excited that I am recognized for my hard work.
How do you start your day?
My day starts with getting my kiddos ready for school before 7:40am.
Tell us two lies and one truth about yourself?
- I love sushi
- I hate dogs
- I have four kids
If there was a movie made about your life what would the movie title be and who would you want to play you?
The movie would be “Party of Six” and the actress would be Cristela Alonzo.
What do you like to do when you’re not at work?
I like to volunteer at my kids’ school by helping out the teacher or decorating/setting up for class parties, and just spending quality time with my family.
Last question, what is your favorite meal you’ve had at Zerocater?
My favorite meal so far at Zerocater is Gebby’s BBQ.
