What if I want to install this in a room I’m already a member of?

You’ll only be able to install this into a room you own. So, if you’re the room owner, just follow the steps above.

If you are not the owner of the room, you’ll need to do any of the following:

• contact the room owner and get them to install it for you
• contact a HipChat Group Admin at your company and have them install it globally
• create your own room and install it there

I followed your instructions above, but the “Integrations...” menu options is greyed out. What does that mean?

This is most likely because you are not the owner of the room you’re trying to install the integration in. You need to follow the advice in the previous bullet point in this case.

I want to add this integration to all of my rooms. Is there an easier way to do this than adding it to each room individually?

Yup! If you are a HipChat Group Admin for your company, you can install the integration globally. This will make it available to all your current and future rooms automatically.

I have multiple offices covered by ZeroCater. How do I get the right menu for the office I’m in?

Each time you install the integration we detect what your company menu is. That installation is specific to the room (unless you install globally), so any commands you type will return information about the menu that pertains to you.
